Spring is here and with it comes our favourite time of the year – Cloth Shot a Day. It’s time to get your camera out and celebrate all things you love about cloth nappies AND the little cuties who wear them… in pictures. It’s a great opportunity to share the joy in using cloth nappies and share knowledge with your community.
Cloth Shot A Day is a photo-of-the-day event, and this year we’re experimenting with a fresh approach and some different prizes. We can’t wait to see what fabulous ideas and images come about.
This year we have some weekly prompts that are broad and open to interpretation plus a few bonus single day prompts thrown in too. We hope that simplifying the prompts makes it easier to participant and brings some interesting and creative interpretations. Don’t be afraid to tell stories with your images and reels, even if it’s just talking to camera.
Day 1 -1st of October – Star of the Show – Is it your favourite nappy or your trusted workhorse nappy that never fails?
Week 1 – 2nd to 8th of October – Cloth with a view. Think cloth nappies in the wild or out and about , or experimenting with different perspectives?
Week 2 – 9th to 15th of October – The moon and the stars – Think your favourite themed nappies, books and toys, or the big sky at night.
Week 3 – 16th to 22nd of October – Rainbow – Hit us with all the colours all week long.
Week 4 – 23rd to 29th of October –Down to Earth – Are we thinking muted tones, or washing and sustainability… or literal mud?
Last Days – 30th of October – The Feels – We’re here for the stories, and cuddles, and cuteness
Last Days – 31th of October – Encore – The last hurrah… it’s time to go all out on this one

Prizes
This year we are offering Prezzee Gift Cards as prizes so that the winners can spend in on whatever they want or need. You can choose from 200+ brands and shops – from The Iconic, to Kmart, to Booktopia to Hello Fresh to Chemist Warehouse.
Judged by the Australian Nappy Association Board there will be a $50 weekly prize, and at the end of the month a $75 Fan Favourite prize and a $100 Cloth Champion prize.
We’re looking creativity, imagination, cloth nappy advocacy and fun. You don’t have to be a professional photographer… you just have to love cloth nappies.
